  Valentine's day secret admirers for sick
children
Heroes For Kids Foundation
   
  In February 2004, the foundation organized a
Valentine’s Day campaign (mention the name of the
campaign) to bring some extra warmth to many
hospitalized children in Montreal, Ottawa and
eastern Ontario. Two hundred and fifty polar fleece
blankets, imprinted with various Disney characters,
were distributed to children at the Fleurimont Hospital,
Centre Hospitalier Affilie de L’Universite de Quebec, the
Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, Sainte-Justine,
Shriners and the Montreal Children’s Hospital. With the
support of Universal Screenprinting, Fed Ex, Les Emballages
Carrousel Inc. and a team of volunteers, the campaign was
carried out without any operating costs to the foundation. The
Heroes for Kids Foundation was proud to remind children of the love and
support constantly surrounding them.
