  Stand-up comic has a heart for comedy and
a heart for sick children
Heroes For Kids Foundation
   
  In September 2004, the Heroes for Kids Foundation
successfully hosted another comedy
extravaganza. Angelo Tsarouchas’ stand-up
comedy performance helped entice a gathering of
approximately 300 people at Moomba Supperclub in
Laval, Quebec to support the importance of the
healing environment for children. Thanks to the
support of the evening’s sponsors, Angelo Tsarouchas
and Omega Productions, the Heroes for Kids Foundation
raised funds, which far exceeded their expectations. A
total of $6,071.00 was raised that evening, all of which will
be used to further implement therapeutic designs in hospitals.
This is just another example of the Foundation’s commitment to
making a sick child’s hospital stay less frightening.
